Buddy is another horse from T W Ranch in Manitoba. Like the other geldings we brought to Alberta, Buddy grew up roaming the river valley all of his life. He was started under saddle in the winter of 2021. Buddy has been ridden out alone and with groups, through bush, brush and snow. He pulled me on my skis, has been exposed to gunfire and is used to dogs. Buddy is easy to catch as well. Buddy steps out pretty good and doesn't seem to have any pace to his gait. He has not been cantered under saddle yet. He is sensitive but very willing.

If you have experience and like a sensitive, smart horse, Buddy might be for you. He has an excellent work ethic, learns quickly and retains what he's taught. He really relies on his rider to provide the confidence and to take care of him. If you can bring that to the table, Buddy will do anything for you.
